I am a freelancer who enjoys two careers, and the balance that it brings to my working week.
I am a successful event marketeer, producer & graphic designer, with many years experience working in the arts industry.
I also work regularly as a dance teacher & choreographer with young people, specialising in teaching Contemporary Jazz.
I have many years experience working with arts organisations, festivals and charities, working across all art-forms, such as contemporary dance, music, theatre, film, debate, workshops and outreach campaigns. Companies and events I have worked with include: Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, Brainchild Festival, SICK! Festival, Tru Thoughts Records, Sadler's Wells, Dance Consortium, Bella Union Records, Hofesh Shechter Company, Akram Khan Company, Kneehigh, Jazz Re:refreshed, David Shrigley, Kate Tempest, Travis Alabanza & Carlos Acosta.
I also work regularly as a Graphic Designer specialising in print design, solidifying my knowledge through studying a Professional Development course in Graphic Design at Brighton MET College in 2018/19.
My secondary career is as a dance teacher and choreographer for Brooks Dance Academy, where I help to manage marketing/scheduling for the dance school. Alongside this, I run my own dance workshop & intensive company called Dance Sparks. Bringing together a programme of exciting choreographers, I design inspiring holiday and weekend programmes for young, talented dancers throughout the area. Teachers I have booked include the in-demand Ricky Jinks, Josh Denyer, Melody Squire, Kevin Howe & Maximilian Jarish.
